Canada gets 2011 Yamaha FZ8 and Fazer 8

Yamaha is bringing the new 2011 FZ8 and Fazer 8 to Canada, raising the likeliness of the two models coming to the United States.

Introduced in Europe with much fanfare in March, the naked FZ8 and half-faired Fazer 8 have been added to Yamaha's Canadian line-up. Neither model however will be available with ABS, an option offered by Yamaha Europe.

For once somthing will hit the canadian market first! This is nice to see and probably says somthing about yamaha and the Canadain Motorcycle industry and market.

They may be looking for a smaller, more closely controlled market roll out... or they just can't make enough bikes to satisfy initial US demand.
