Looks sweet - how long have you had your rear tail bag and 2Brothers on? I have a tail bag but have not ridden with it as I am worried it will leave scratches on my rear side panels. Black just shows all marks.

In regard to your 2Brothers - I know it sounds great but have heard several horror stories on how they fall apart after 5 thousand miles. Have you had one before and how did it last? I want to get one and right now I am leaning towards the Graves CF unit.

Lastly how many mirrors are required in CA. In Texas it is one and when I was installing I thought it looked better with 2 but looking at yours I am considering rethinking it.

What Sold Me On The Two Brothers Was The Sound And It Fit The Look Of The Bike. I Have Other Friends With Over 18,000 Miles, "06 YZF R1 Anniv. Ed, And 20,000 Miles Plus, "09 Kawasaki Concours 1400(He Said He Pulled It Of His Previous Concours Also, So Then You Add Those Miles Plus It Was An "08). The Carbonfiber Isn't Shiny Anymore. But They Are In Perfect Condition. It Is Louder Than Both Of Their Bikes. The 1400 Can Is Huge Though So That Is Why It Is Not As Loud. The R1 Has Alot Of Miles On It Too.
Not Sure About The Law On Mirrors, Because I've Seen Bikes With None. I Do Have 2 Installed It Is Hard To See With Angle Of Bike. I Like 2 Because I Have 1 For Directly Behind And The Other For My Blind Spot.
I Got The Tail Bag Within The 2nd Week Of Riding The Bike. I Did Not Like Having A Backpack. No Marks From The Straps. My Tank Bag Left A Mark On The Plastic Next To The Air Inlet From The D-Ring For The Shoulder Straps, (Very Small Have To Look For It Scuff).
I Like The Mirrors You Have They Look Like The Retros Or Napoleans That Most Switch To On Ducatis

I too hate backpacks and have gone to a magnetic tank bag and so far no scratches. I plan on going about 600 miles this weekend with full saddle and tail bags so hopefully I won't mark it up. It will be interesting to see if the lack of bar end weights will increase hand buzz on a longer ride.

Why do you run the straps on the outside to hold the rear bag on. lift the passenger seat and there is four hooks to hold the straps and then buckle the bag on and have no straps showing or rubbing anything.

More pics of rear bag strap install. Just unbuckle and take bag with you, no straps hanging down the side, nice and clean.

They Come Loose. I Will Need To Zip Tie Straps Under Seat. I Have Had Mine Since The End Of May. It Is Fading And The Straps Kept Loosening. Even With The Slack Through The Clip And Retained By The Elastic Band And The Seat On Top Of Them. The Way I Have It Now The Strap Is All The Way Out. So It Has No Room To Loosen Really. The Way You Have It Does Look Better, That Is How I Originally Had Mine For A Couple Of Weeks, If That. But It Will Move Around And Loosen Up If You Don't Zip Tie The Straps In There Position. And I Believed This Is One Of The Better Bags. You Just Have To Make Them Work.
Also, Like I Said It Is Faded. So Cover It With The Rain Cover On Long Rides When It Is Sunny.

New Pics With R1 Front Clear Aero LEDs Mounted In Back.
Yes Tailbag Straps Are Now Mounted Under Seat. They Are Zip Tied And They Still Come Loose. Not As Bad Though. The Way I Had Them Mounted Before It Did Not Move, So No Scuffs Or Scratches. I Now Have Scuffs Because You Have To Tuck The Pad Under More So The Straps Can Clip.
